Who is responsible for your data

Lithos Impresos Sociales (Ingrid Jazmín), located at Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 1663, Centro, 64060 Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you share with us.

What data we use

The data you give us to create your invitation: names of those celebrating, their parents and sponsors; date, times and venues of the event; a WhatsApp number to receive RSVPs; photos; and, if you choose, gift details (registry or payment details).

If minors appear in the photos, the person filling out the form declares they are their parent or guardian, or have their authorization.

What we use it for

Only to design, publish and keep your digital invitation online, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. If we would like to show your invitation as an example of our work, we will ask for your permission separately.

Who else sees it

Your invitation is a public page for anyone who has its link, so we only include what you decide to put in it.

To store and publish the information we use internet hosting providers (Vercel and Cloudflare), which process it only on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else, unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Your invitation stays online until two weeks after the event. We then take it down and delete its photos and your form data no later than 60 days after the event.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by messaging us on WhatsApp at +52 81 1898 6954. We will reply within 20 business days.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
